Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Terms of Service') carefully before using the bbnatural.my website (the 'Service') operated by BB Research Global Enterprise (003012881-U) ('us', 'we', or 'our'). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BB Research Global Enterprise. BB Research Global Enterprise has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BB Research Global Enterprise shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Prices
Our prices are based upon our high standard of work and the quality of ingredients used. All prices are non-negotiable. Payment secures the listed prices and prevents any further price increases, except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. increase in ingredients price, increase in fuel prices, etc.)

Order
To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Pay Now” button on the “Payment Method” page. You must provide the requested information for us to process your order. We reserve the right to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with regulatory requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that the details contained in the order are correct in all respects. We will use various procedures to authenticate each transaction. After payment, changes to an order are only possible before it has been processed or shipped; please contact us as soon as possible. A contract between you and us is formed when we receive your confirmation order and send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We may, at any time, decline to process your order or any part of your order for any reason including where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, authentication has not been possible or an exchange rate has been quoted in error.

You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order summary and an invoice.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Goods
All illustrations and descriptions displayed on the bbnatural.my website or distributed by email or in any other way are for guidance purposes only and will not form part of the contract. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however BB Research Global Enterprise reserves the right to replace these items with items of equal or better quality without consultation. We reserve the right to make alterations to the design, appearance, and technical specifications of our products from time to time and at such time or at any other times, to make alterations to our advertised information concerning such Goods, without notice.

Delivery Conditions
Our products are delivered to the requested address within Malaysia. It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the products. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for any second attempt at shipment. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery times and rates.

Please check that you have received your products in good condition. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, follow the steps under “Damaged or incorrect items” below. BB Research Global Enterprise is not liable for damage caused after delivery by misuse, or for any failure to follow the instructions provided with the products.

Force Majeure
Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, the act of war, terrorism, the act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.

Complaints
We take all complaints very seriously. If you experience any problem with our products, complaints must be made within 3 days of receiving the products.

Returns
Returns, exchanges and the products they apply to are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery; fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged because of scent preference once the seal is opened; and other products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging, with your order number or receipt.

Refunds
If a return or claim is approved, we will refund the original payment method within 1-3 business days after we receive and verify the item, as set out in our Refund Policy. The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. Further compensation is not available.

Shipping (returns)
Customers pay the shipping cost for returning their items, except for damaged or incorrect items. We ask for patience with factors that may be beyond our control (e.g. traffic conditions etc.) as we cannot be held liable for any such delays.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as described in our Refund Policy.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
