Shipping policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) AFTER your order has been processed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Rarely, events may arise out of our control that may lead to a delay in shipping or delivery. We will do our best to keep you informed on the progress of your order.
SHIPPING RATES
We charge a flat rate of RM8 for shipping up to RM60. Shipping is free on all orders over RM150
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship outside MALAYSIA. Please email us at hello@babybeauty.com.my if you want to order from MALAYSIA or Internationally. Additional fees and longer shipping will apply.
