Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders placed on working days before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m., on weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day, because our HQ is closed on weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 1-3 working days after payment. Peninsular Malaysia usually takes 1-2 working days, and Sabah and Sarawak take 2-3 working days. Rarely, events outside our control may delay shipping or delivery. We will do our best to keep you informed on the progress of your order.

Shipping rates

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM2.90 flat rate for orders below RM50. Shipping is free for orders of RM50 and above.
• Sabah and Sarawak: rates are based on the weight of your parcel (starting from RM16.90) and are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free for orders from RM150 up to RM250.
